STRAWBERRY PIE!! MY FAVORITE DESSERT EVER!

Here’s my favorite recipe. Give it a try, you know you want to, and pretty soon it’ll be your favorite too..

Just be sure to fit in your workout, because chances are you’ll want more than one bite! :)

STRAWBERRY PIE

Crust:

Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Let cool to room temp.

1 1/2 C Flour

2 T Sugar

1 Stick Butter  

Filling:

Bring all of the following to a boil.

1 C Sugar

1 1/2 C Water

2 Small Boxes of Wild Strawberry Jello ( or 1 large box)

* In a separate bowl mix about 1/4 C cold water with 2 T of cornstarch (to avoiding clumps) and add the cornstarch mixture to the boiing mixture above.

ADD: Lots of sliced strawberries, as many as your heart desires… which in my case is a boatload!

Place strawberry sugar mixture in the pre-baked pie crust. Chill in fridge. Serve with Cool-Whip, or better yet, homemade whipping cream!
