SPARKLING WATER VS. FLAT WATER?
SPARKLING WATER! According to a recent post from Times, sparkling water holds additional health benefits as well as being equally hydrating as flat water. Sparkling water also helps keep calcium locked in your bones! Drink up!

La Croix pamplemousse is the best! I am so obsessed with it, that my roommate teases me for it when I have to run to the bathroom 40 times a day. I guess it’s always a good thing to stay hydrated!
